The Excelsior Springs Quarterback Club would like to thank everyone involved with the 2000 Mineral Water Bowl. The game was incredible, one of the best any fan could hope to see. The fans were loud, loyal and enthusiastic. And the people representing Missouri Western, Winona State, the MIAA and NSIC were a joy to meet and work with.
